Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are hiring a Store Operations Assistant to join our dedicated team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, customer service, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Stock merchandise, maintain product displays, and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and follow company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 45 pounds.
