Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for various in-store activities such as merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Performing general cleaning duties and stocking shelves with precision.
• Providing friendly and efficient customer service while enhancing their shopping experience.
• Collaborating with team members and communicating effectively with the store management team.
• Participating in inventory management and adhering to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions accurately.
• Demonstrated proficiency in equipment operation and general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
