Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties, stock shelves, and maintain product displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Assist in inventory management and report any issues to store management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and security.
• Operate equipment such as cash registers and floor scrubbers.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver courteous customer service and work efficiently.
• Experience in retail and operating cash registers preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
