Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join ALDI. As part of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring the store runs smoothly and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of performing general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
