Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Store Team Member. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. By fostering collaboration with colleagues and providing outstanding customer service, you will contribute to an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and professional skills in daily tasks.
• Process customer transactions, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and communicate effectively with the team and management.
• Provide feedback on product quality, inventory, and operational issues.
• Contribute to store inventory measures and adhere to cash handling procedures.
• Adhere to company policies, ensuring document security and confidentiality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
• Capable of using store equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and in a team setting.
• High school diploma preferred; retail experience is a plus.
