Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our Jack in the Box store (Store 7102). In this role, you will be responsible for leading and training team members to ensure exceptional guest experiences, high food quality, and compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

  • 6 months of JIB experience or 1 year of supervisory experience in customer service.
  • Must be at least 18 years old, complete Team Leader training, and be ServSafe certified (where applicable).
  • Strong interpersonal, math, and organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of computers and software applications.

Physical Requirements

This role requires standing and walking for the majority of the shift, lifting up to 25 lbs, and operating cash registers and video monitors.
