Job Description

We are looking for a Team Leader to join Store 7103 at Jack in the Box. As the operational supervisor, you will be responsible for training and leading team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience, maintaining food quality, meeting guest expectations, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and standards.

Responsibilities

  • Train and lead team members to provide excellent guest service.
  • Maintain food quality standards and meet guest expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with all Jack in the Box procedures and standards.

Qualifications

  • 6 months of JIB experience or 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail environment.
  • Completion of Team Leader training classes.
  • Effective communication skills in English, additional language skills may be required based on location.
  • Basic math skills and computer knowledge.
  • Ability to work well with diverse groups of people.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift, lift up to 25 lbs, and operate a cash register.
