Job Description
We are looking for a Team Leader to join Store 7139 at Jack in the Box. As the first-line operational supervisor, you will be responsible for training and leading team members to provide an exceptional guest experience. Your duties will include ensuring high-quality food, meeting guest expectations, and enforcing JIB procedures and standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 6 months of JIB experience with full workstation certification or 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail environment.
- Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Must be at least 18 years old, complete Team Leader training, and possibly be ServSafe certified. Strong communication skills in English; additional language proficiency may be required. Good interpersonal, math, analytical, organization, and planning skills. Basic computer knowledge. Demonstrated integrity.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift, lift 15-25 lbs, take orders, operate a cash register, and read displays.
