Job Description

As a Team Leader at Store 7171 with Jack in the Box, you will be the operational supervisor responsible for training and leading team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience. This includes ensuring high-quality food, meeting 20/20 guest expectations, and maintaining compliance with all JIB procedures and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train team members to consistently provide excellent guest experiences.
• Ensure food quality and adherence to JIB standards.
• Comply with 20/20 guest expectations.
• Maintain operational procedures.

Qualifications

• 6 months of JIB experience or 1 year of supervisory experience in hospitality.
• Completion of Team Leader training classes.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills and integrity.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Capable of lifting and carrying moderate weights.
• Operational readiness to handle guest orders and cash registers.
