Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently handling stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Inspect product quality and report any issues to management.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions.
• Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
