1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at ALDI. As a full-time employee, you will have the opportunity to work 30-35 hours per week with starting wages ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour, depending on the shift. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and alert management to issues.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious work ethic, positive attitude, teamwork, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
