Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores, ensuring a seamless supply chain for our customers. Our warehouse environment offers both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, and we provide thorough training and safety programs to support our team.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with the team.
• Provide input on process improvements to warehouse management.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
