1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and participating in inventory counts. The ideal candidate must be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, adhering to safety guidelines and company standards. Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments efficiently.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety standards are met.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects and operate powered industrial equipment.
