Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. As part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores, ensuring our customers receive top-quality items. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week at a competitive starting wage of $23.75 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
- Organize and relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
- Load and unload merchandise, ensuring strategic placement for shipment.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
- Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic arithmetic abilities and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
- Perform various physical tasks throughout the warehouse.
- Work in different temperature environments.
