Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
- Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
- Sort, load, and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance.
- Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes.
- Inspect product quality, address safety concerns and sanitation issues.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures for efficient warehouse operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift and handle product weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Basic arithmetic skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
- Capability to operate powered industrial equipment safely.
