1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for receiving and sorting incoming stock, organizing and loading merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, conducting inventory counts, and collaborating effectively with the team.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise throughout the warehouse following guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Clean the warehouse and participate in inventory counts.
• Effectively communicate with peers, suppliers, and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Work independently within delegated responsibilities.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures.
• Perform all assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate warehouse equipment.
