1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role in receiving and fulfilling store orders efficiently, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and prepare merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Capacity to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
