1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi's team. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week. Starting wage is up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour based on shift and schedule differential pay. The 1st shift starts at 7:00 AM.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment; unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues.
• Other assigned tasks as needed.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Moving merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, and walk in varying temperatures.
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment.
