Position: 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: Up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour
Shift: 2nd Shift - 3:00 PM start time

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Selects and receives incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocates merchandise in compliance with handling guidelines.
• Sorts, loads, and unloads merchandise for shipments.
• Performs general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participates in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborates effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provides input for process improvements.
• Inspects product quality and reports concerns.
• Operates equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follows company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Interprets company policies and procedures accurately.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lifting up to 45 pounds, moving merchandise, and operating equipment.
• Standing, bending, reaching, and walking within the warehouse.
• Working in varying temperatures.
