Job Description

Aldi is looking for a 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join their team. This position offers competitive wages starting at up to $18.50 - $24.50 per hour depending on shift and schedule. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for receiving and organizing stock, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with peers and leadership to meet operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members, suppliers, and management.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation standards are met.
• Operate equipment safely and follow company procedures.
• Perform all assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capable of working independently and in a team environment.
