2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the warehouse maintains high standards of cleanliness and safety. This position offers competitive pay starting at $25.75 per hour and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and report issues.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures.
• Stand, bend, reach, and walk throughout the warehouse.
