Position: 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler
Company: Aldi
Job Type: Part-Time
Salary: $25.75 per hour

Our warehouse operates to ensure that products are received, selected, and delivered efficiently to our stores to serve our growing customer base. Team members work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, receiving thorough training and participating in a robust safety program.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation adherence.
• Collaborate with warehouse management on process improvements and budget goals.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently, following guidelines.
• Perform all assigned tasks accurately, efficiently, and within company policies.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, and carry.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
