2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are hiring for the position of 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler at ALDI. Our warehouse operations ensure the efficient receipt, selection, and delivery of products to our stores. This part-time role offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week with a starting wage of $25.75 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in line with product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership to improve processes.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
