2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler at Aldi. The position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour. The 2nd shift starts at 3:00 PM. Various scheduling options are available.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise based on product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general warehouse cleaning tasks.
• Participate in inventory counts.
• Interact effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Achieve budgeted goals.
• Operate equipment safely.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and follow instructions.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds, operate powered equipment, and work in varied temperatures.
