2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team. You will play a vital role in efficiently managing incoming and outgoing stock, maintaining warehouse organization, and ensuring proper handling of merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and adhere to safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide feedback for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and safety compliance.
• Independently perform tasks within designated responsibilities.

Job Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Capacity to work independently and in a team setting.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting items up to 45 pounds and moving merchandise.
• Standing, bending, reaching, and operating equipment.
• Working in varied temperatures and environments.
