2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the warehouse operates smoothly. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to fulfill orders and maintain a well-organized warehouse space.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement and assist in achieving warehouse goals.

Job Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
