2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. In this full-time role, you will handle various warehouse responsibilities, including stock selection, relocation, loading, and general cleaning tasks. The ideal candidate will collaborate effectively with team members and warehouse leadership to ensure operational efficiency and uphold quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically.
• Perform cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively within the team.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect and report product quality and safety concerns.
• Operate within delegated responsibilities and assist in achieving goals.
• Follow safety guidelines and adhere to company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply policies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic ability and attention to detail.
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Moving merchandise and preparing for delivery.
• Engage in various physical activities within the warehouse environment.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
