Job Description
Join our team at Aldi as a 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker. In this part-time role, you will play a crucial part in the warehouse operations ensuring efficient selection and delivery of products to our stores. You will work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, receiving a starting wage of $25.75 per hour while working fewer than 30 hours a week.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for order fulfillment.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
- Provide input to improve warehouse processes and assist in achieving budgeted goals.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
- Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, perform basic arithmetic, pay attention to detail, and work in a team environment.
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
Frequently lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
