Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the team at Aldi. As a vital part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently managing stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring timely shipments. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and prepare merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide feedback for process improvements.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of basic arithmetic and ability to follow instructions.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 45 pounds and operating warehouse equipment.
