Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a valued team member, you will be responsible for various duties in our warehouse facility, ensuring the efficient flow of goods and products.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and contribute to achieving budget goals.
• Follow safety guidelines and report issues to management.

Job Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently or in a team.
