Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient stock management and order fulfillment processes.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise based on handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse cleaning and inventory activities.
• Cooperate with team members and warehouse leadership for effective communication and process improvements.

Requirements

• 18 years or older.
• Conscientious and safety-focused individual.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
