2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a valuable member of the warehouse staff, you will play a critical role in efficiently fulfilling store orders, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load/unload merchandise strategically.
• Perform warehouse cleaning duties to maintain appearance standards and safety requirements.
• Participate in inventory counts and collaborate effectively with colleagues and management.
• Provide input for process improvement and collaborate with warehouse management.

Requirements

• 18 years or older to be employed at Aldi.
• Act conscientiously, collaborate with team members, demonstrate a positive attitude, drive for success, and organize efficiently.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
