2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. The 2nd Shift begins at 3:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment; unload incoming shipments.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement to warehouse management.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and adhere to company policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication and basic arithmetic skills.
• Detail-oriented, able to work independently and in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds; move merchandise and operate warehouse equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
