Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Agronomy Applicator to join our team at Superior Ag Resources Cooperative Inc. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for applying crop nutrients and protection products, maintaining equipment and facilities, and delivering exceptional service to our customers. Responsibilities

• Precisely blend and apply fertilizers and agricultural chemicals following recommendations and guidelines.
• Maintain equipment, facilities, and vehicles to ensure optimal performance.
• Complete necessary logs, reports, and inventory management tasks.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental guidelines.
• Promote excellent customer relations and deliver products in a timely manner.
• Assist in training seasonal employees and uphold a professional work ethic.
• Other duties as assigned to support operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License; CDL with endorsements preferred.
• Prior experience in agriculture is beneficial but not mandatory.
