Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Agronomy Applicator & Truck Driver to join our team at Superior Ag Resources Cooperative Inc. This full-time position involves applying crop nutrients and protection products, maintaining equipment and facilities, and delivering professional service. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, enjoys outdoor work, and operating equipment.
Responsibilities
- Precisely blend and apply fertilizers and chemicals as per recommendations.
- Maintain equipment and facilities to ensure operational efficiency.
- Complete necessary logs, reports, and records.
- Promote excellent customer service and product delivery.
- Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a CDL license with endorsements.
- Operate equipment safely and comply with traffic laws.
- Assist in training seasonal employees and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
