Job Description

The Data Center Operations Technician I role at Flexential is a critical 24x7x365 position dedicated to providing physical and Level II technical support to customers and resources. This position requires expertise in Facilities infrastructure, Windows operating systems, and PC troubleshooting. Data Center Operations Technicians represent Flexential professionally and technically, ensuring smooth interactions with customers and internal resources.

Key Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions

• Provide timely resolution and escalation of Facility and customer issues.
• Maintain professionalism during data center duties.
• Troubleshoot and document technical issues.
• Follow Flexential Support and Data Center policies.
• Assist in physical and logical installations.

Required Qualifications

• Passion for customer experience.
• Strong understanding of Windows and Microsoft systems.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
• Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Physical Requirements including climbing ladders and working in cold environments.
• Experience in IT Support environment preferred.
• Certifications such as Network+, Security+, CCNA, MCP, or MCSA are desirable.
