Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will supervise daily operations, ensure top-notch customer service, manage staffing, and develop operational strategies while guiding and nurturing the team.

Requirements

- Experience in retail management preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Flexibility to train at various locations.
