We are looking for a dedicated Manager in Training to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to prepare you to oversee store operations effectively. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and implementing operational plans while fostering team development.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Estimated Hours: 45 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $28.25 per hour
• Earning Potential Year 1: Up to $98,000

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise team performance to deliver outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience, with prior management preferred.
• Ability to lead a team, provide excellent customer service, and follow company policies.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
