Job Description

Ready Set GO Therapy, Inc. is seeking a Part Time Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our team at our Sausalito and Novato clinics. In this role, you will work in a fully equipped Sensory Integration gym, collaborate with skilled therapists, and lead outdoor Friendship Explorations groups in beautiful Marin county settings. This position offers the flexibility of part-time or PRN hours, with a potential transition to Full Time status.

Base hourly range is $48-$57 per hour, with additional compensation for Saturday sessions. Entry-level therapists have the opportunity to earn between $80,000 - $96,000 annually, while experienced therapists can exceed $115,000 annually. Responsibilities

• Evaluation and treatment of children aged 2-12 with diagnoses such as ADHD, ASD, LD, and SPD.
• Collaboration with interdisciplinary team members.
• Family and community education.
• Leadership in Friendship Explorations summer camps and outdoor groups.
