1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing stock and preparing merchandise for shipment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and report any quality or safety concerns.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate quality, safety, and collaborative work ethic.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements
