As a Store Manager Trainee, you will oversee day-to-day store operations, manage staffing needs, develop action plans, and mentor your team to ensure exceptional customer service and store performance.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise team performance to deliver superior customer service.
  • Implement company strategies and values to promote teamwork among employees.
  • Manage store signage, product quality, and customer inquiries.
  • Conduct hiring and training processes, schedule staff, and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • 18 years or older with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in retail, preferably in a management role.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in cash register operation, equipment handling, and general cleaning tasks.
  • Ability to travel to various locations as needed.
