Responsibilities
- Supervise team performance to deliver superior customer service.
- Implement company strategies and values to promote teamwork among employees.
- Manage store signage, product quality, and customer inquiries.
- Conduct hiring and training processes, schedule staff, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- 18 years or older with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Demonstrated experience in retail, preferably in a management role.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in cash register operation, equipment handling, and general cleaning tasks.
- Ability to travel to various locations as needed.
