Full-Time Assistant Store Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join the team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with supervising day-to-day store activities, ensuring overall store performance, managing schedules, and developing operational action plans. You will work closely with the direct leader to enhance team performance and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing action plans to improve store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness, stock levels, and product merchandising.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and escalate issues when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Prior retail management experience is preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years retail experience.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
