We are looking for a motivated Assistant Store Manager to join Aldi's retail team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing day-to-day store activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, and supporting the store's operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing action plans to enhance store performance.

• Supervise day-to-day operations and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prior experience in retail management preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
