Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Retail Manager to join the team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day store activities, ensuring overall store performance, and developing operational strategies. This position offers the opportunity to lead a team, drive customer service, and contribute to the success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Assist the direct leader in developing and implementing action plans for improved operating results.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and uphold inventory procedures.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older to be employed at Aldi.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and work both independently and in a team environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience, including 3 years of progressive experience.
• Leadership or management experience preferred.
