1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour. As a vital part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness.

Shifts Available

• Schedule B: Requires working weekends with weekdays off on a rotating schedule.
• Schedule C: Requires working weekends every other weekend with weekdays off on a rotating schedule.
• Schedule D: Requires working weekdays with weekends off.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Prepare and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and warehouse maintenance.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and leadership.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment safely.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Work effectively in a team environment.
