Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join Aldi, a leading retail company. As a key member of the team, you will oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities, ensure compliance with procedures, and lead a team of warehouse associates to achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Establish and adjust daily work schedules to meet warehouse needs.
• Coordinate and oversee product receiving, selection, and shipping processes.
• Develop and implement action plans to enhance operational efficiency.
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse associates for optimal performance.
• Maintain compliance with safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in warehouse operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to interpret and apply operating policies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
