1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week at a starting wage ranging from $18.00 to $24.00 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. The 1st shift starts at 7:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and supervisors.
• Provide input for process improvements and uphold safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Demonstrate conscientious behavior, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational skills.
• Follow company policies, possess communication skills, basic arithmetic proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and in a team.
