Job Description

We are looking for an experienced 2nd Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. As a critical member of the warehouse management, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring productivity, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish and adjust daily work schedules to meet warehouse requirements.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse personnel.
• Monitor inbound and outbound deliveries for compliance with regulations.
• Develop and implement action plans to enhance operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to warehouse associates.
• Manage expenses, inventory, and payroll to optimize efficiency.
• Address and resolve warehouse issues promptly and effectively.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to interpret and apply operating policies.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict management abilities.
• Physical ability to work in varying temperatures and lift up to 45 pounds.
