Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Retail Manager to join Aldi, where you will play a crucial role in store management. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational action plans to enhance store performance.
- Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
- Identify training opportunities for employee development.
- Monitor the competitive landscape and recommend adjustments to maintain competitiveness.
- Ensure adherence to inventory procedures, product handling guidelines, and cash control policies.
Requirements
- 18 years or older.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
- Prior management experience is a plus.
