Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Retail Manager to join Aldi, where you will play a crucial role in store management. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will assist in supervising day-to-day activities, ensuring store performance, managing schedules, and fostering team growth through training opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement operational action plans to enhance store performance.
  • Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
  • Identify training opportunities for employee development.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and recommend adjustments to maintain competitiveness.
  • Ensure adherence to inventory procedures, product handling guidelines, and cash control policies.

Requirements

  • 18 years or older.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • Prior management experience is a plus.
