Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Retail Manager to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a vital role in managing day-to-day store activities, supervising teams, and ensuring overall store performance. Your responsibilities will include developing action plans, training and developing the team, maintaining inventory procedures, and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement action plans to enhance store operations.
  • Train and develop team members to achieve performance goals.
  • Maintain inventory procedures and control cash handling policies.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve operational concerns.

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience in retail management is preferred.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
  • Prior management experience is a plus.
